Filter Cloth

Dust filter cloth is the main raw material for the production of industrial dust filter bags, designed to be able to collect and separate dust particles from the air stream. From the connection of fibers such as Polypropylene - PP, Polyester - pet, Acrylic - DT, Polyphenylene sulfide - PPS, Aramid - MX/Nomex, Polyimide - PI/P84, teflon - PTFE, fiberglass - GL...by non-woven or woven methods to create dust filter cloth.
Fabric bag dust filtration technology has developed inseparably with the excellent dust treatment advantages of dust filter fabrics such as: Filtering <5 microns of fine dust, resistant to friction, high pressure, wide range of operating conditions such as temperature, physical and chemical properties..., meeting most of the requirements of dust treatment for today's manufacturing industries.
Dust filter fabrics are mostly non-woven: Mainly using PP, Polyester, Acrylic, PPS, Aramid, P84, PTFE materials with the advantages of efficient dust filtration, high durability, many choices, for cheap dust filter bags.
Woven dust filter cloth is usually produced from Fiberglass fiber, meeting the specific requirements of high temperature dust exhaust stream temperature.
In addition to the classification of filter materials used to produce dust filter cloth, experts in the filter cloth manufacturing industry also distribute filter cloth into many product lines to meet the actual needs and optimize costs such as:
- Fabric weight: 450g/m2, 500g/m2, 550g/m2, 600g/m2.
- Fabric surface treatment (where in direct contact with dust): singeing, calendering, PTFE coating, PTFE laminating, PTFE steeping, water and oil repellence resistant chemical treatment, flame retardant treatment.
VIFICO - As one of the leading companies in the production of industrial dust filter bags, we provide a variety of dust filter fabrics, meeting the requirements of supplying industrial dust filter bags for many production industries in Vietnam, imported from famous brands from China and Korea.
