Pulse controller

The dust remover valve control circuit or pulse controller is a device that controls the dust remover valve system operating to clean dust filter bags.
The output signal of the dust remover valve control circuit is used to control the pneumatic pulse valve to clean the dust collector bag several times, to ensure the efficient handling and dust collection of the dust collector/filter system.
There are two types of controls: the timing valve controller and the differential pressure valve controller.
When it is determined that the operation basis of the dusting valve is time or pressure difference, the determination of the appropriate control circuit is:
- Input signal form of dust shaking valve (Model)
- Number of pneumatic pulse valves to control (Output port)
- Electrical control of dusting valve (Output Voltage)
- How to operate (Control mode: Online/ Offline)
