To differentiate the open and close control type of the main valve membrane, SWILSON divides it into two types as follows:
The dust suppression valve lines from SWILSON marked series DMF: Control of opening and closing the main valve membrane by releasing air through an AC220V or DC24V coil.
In the case of the series MF marking: The control of opening and closing the main valve membrane by releasing air is done through a compressed air signal fed into the top of the valve. This is operated through a solenoid control box. In fact, in the MF model, the solenoid coil has been designed to be housed in a separate box called (Solenoid Box).
- Advantages of the MF valve: Since the coil has been designed to be housed within an aluminum box, it can be placed far away from the dust suppression valve. Therefore, it is suitable for control used in harsh environments such as: Boiler dust filter systems, Outdoor dust filter systems,... in order to better protect the solenoid coil.
Additionally, other specifications and the type of air pipe connections in and out between the DMF
and MF models are completely identical.
- Special note: When placing an order, customers should note: The MF model valve always comes with a control box for the valve called (Solenoid Box): DMC-B-N-08D/A or DMC-B-N-10D/A, DMC-B-N-12D/A
