Anti-static filter bags are made from non-woven dust-filtering fabric with a primary composition of Polyester combined with conductive stainless steel fibers integrated into the core of the filter fabric, creating an anti-static filter fabric with vertical stripes, horizontal stripes, checkered patterns, or blended with the basic polyester fibers in a ratio of 2 - 6%, resulting in a gray color aimed at preventing static electricity buildup and eliminating the charge-holding ability of the filter material. The more conductive fibers there are and the denser they are, the better the conductivity and the lower the fabric's resistance.
Anti-static filter fabric can withstand temperatures from 130°C to 150°C, has high abrasion resistance, good oxidation resistance, and is anti-static.
