Material: Fiberglass
Working temperature: 240°C to 260°C.
Operating conditions: The fiberglass filter bag is used in dust filtration systems/dry dust recovery systems, with a heat resistance of up to 260°C, capable of withstanding abrasion and good chemical environments.
At VIFICO, customers will receive support for surveys, consultations, and free sample provision.
All dust filter fabrics are imported 100% from reputable and quality suppliers, carefully selected; VIFICO provides complete import documents CO, CQ.
The dust filter bags are produced on advanced European technology lines, achieving a capacity of over 20,000 products per month with a team of experienced workers in the industry.
Characteristics of fiberglass filter bag
Fiberglass filter bags are made from woven filter fabric, capable of continuous operation at temperatures of 250°C, and have good abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.
Fiberglass dust filter bags offer good chemical resistance: with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis, they are more stable than other filter media and are cheaper compared to PPS, Nomex, P84, and PTFE bags under similar conditions.
Fiberglass dust filter bags are widely used in dust recovery and treatment systems under high dust abrasion and temperature conditions, such as in the glass industry, kilns in cement plants, and blast furnaces in steel mills, as well as in waste incineration.
For example:
- Fiberglass dust filter bags are very effective in recovering and treating industrial dust at high temperatures.
- With high cohesive dust, fiberglass filter bags do not absorb moisture, and they have good moisture and oil resistance.
- The filtration efficiency of fiberglass filter bags can reach above 99.5% and can capture dust under PM2.5, achieving air emissions of 20mg.
- The high durability of fiberglass filter fabric can exceed 3000N/5*20cm, and the dimensions of fiberglass filter bags are more stable, without fiber shrinkage under high temperatures.
Applications of fiberglass dust filter bags
In Vietnam, fiberglass dust filter bags are used in industries that generate significant dust, particularly in:
