PTFE Filter Bag

Material: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

Operating temperature: 240°C to 260°C.
Working conditions: PTFE dust filter bags are used in dust filtering systems/ dry dust recovery systems, with excellent resistance to heat and all chemical factors, but with poor abrasion resistance and adhesion.

At VIFICO, customers will receive support for surveys, advice, and free samples.
All dust filter fabric is 100% imported from reputable, quality suppliers that have been carefully selected, and VIFICO provides full import documentation including CO and CQ.
Dust filter bags are produced on a European standard technology line, achieving a capacity of over 20,000 products per month with a team of workers having many years of experience in the industry.

PTFE FILTER BAG

Characteristics of PTFE filter bags
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) dust filter bags are made from non-woven filter fabric, capable of continuous operation at temperatures ranging from 240°C to 250°C, with excellent moisture and oil resistance, as well as superb chemical resistance. PTFE dust filter bags withstand processes of hydrolysis, chemical corrosion from acids and alkalis, and oxidative agents, which are outstanding characteristics compared to other heat-resistant filter bags such as PPS, Nomex, and P84.

PTFE filter bags are applied in dust treatment/recovery systems under harsh working conditions with highly corrosive dust and high temperatures, such as the chemical industry, coal-fired boilers, waste treatment industries, and non-ferrous metal production.

Examples:
- PTFE filter bags efficiently recover and treat industrial dust at high temperatures.
- For highly adhesive dust, PTFE dust filter bags provide excellent natural moisture and oil resistance.
- For fine dust <2.5 microns, with acidic or alkaline properties, requiring low emission concentrations, choose PTFE filter fabric made from fibers with small diameters, with fabric weight ranging from 750 - 850g/m2, and PTFE membrane treatment...

Applications of PTFE filter bags
In Vietnam, PTFE filter bags are used in industries that generate significant dust, including:
- Construction materials: Cement, Steel, Gypsum, Ceramic tiles...
- Mining and mineral processing: Limestone powder, Sand, Glass, Alumina, Non-ferrous metals...
- Animal feed and food industry, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco
- Other industries: Wood, Fertilizers, Batteries, Tires, Plastics, Waste treatment, Boilers, Thermal power, Chemicals, Hot mix asphalt... etc.
