Nomex Filter Bags (Aramid)

Material: 100% Aramid
Operating temperature: 200°C to 240°C.
Working conditions: Nomex (Aramid) filter bags are used in dust filtering systems/dry dust recovery systems, with moderate oxidation resistance. The lifespan and usage time of the dust filter bags will be affected by the moisture content of the exhaust gas in high-temperature conditions.

At VIFICO, customers will receive support for surveys, consultations, and free samples.
All filter fabrics are imported 100% from reputable, quality suppliers, carefully selected. VIFICO provides complete import documentation including CO and CQ.
The dust filter bags are produced on a European standard technology line, achieving a capacity of over 20,000 products per month with a team of workers with many years of experience in the industry.

NOMEX FILTER BAG

Characteristics of Nomex (Aramid) filter bags
Nomex (Aramid) filter bags are made from non-woven dust filter fabric, capable of withstanding temperatures from 200°C to 240°C, with high abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, as well as moderate acid and alkali resistance, but still vulnerable to high humidity and hot dust airflow conditions.

Nomex (Aramid) is widely used in the production of dust filter bags for hot asphalt, non-ferrous metal manufacturing, ceramics, the glass industry, kilns in cement plants, and blast furnaces in steel mills.

Examples:
- Nomex/Aramid filter bags effectively recover and treat industrial dust at high temperatures.
- For highly adhesive dust, Nomex dust filter bags are treated with a moisture-resistant surface.
- For fine dust <2.5 microns, which is acidic or alkaline, requiring low emission concentrations, choose Nomex filter fabric made from fibers with a small diameter, fabric weight from 550 - 600g/m2, and treated with a PTFE membrane...

Applications of Nomex filter bags
In Vietnam, Nomex (Aramid) dust filter bags can be used in all industries generating dust at certain locations or throughout all production processes such as:
- Construction Materials Industry: Cement, Steel, Gypsum, Ceramic tiles...
- Mining and Mineral Processing Industry: Limestone powder, Sand, Glass, Aluminum, Non-ferrous metals...
- Feed and Food Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Tobacco
- Other industries: Wood, Fertilizers, Batteries, Tires, Plastics, Waste treatment, Boilers, Thermal power, Hot asphalt...
